About Retail Project Management
RPM’s Director Aaron Munro has been in the industry for 30 years, starting out he worked as a cabinet maker and a boat builder before finding his niche as a shopfitter. For the last 25 years he has owned successful shopfitting businesses, firstly in Australia and then in New Zealand. Over the years he has taken on more of a project management role, and in 2008 after parting ways with his then business partner, RPM was born.
With strong planning, transparent communication, and a proven system that has never exceeded project budgets or timelines, RPM ensures every project is delivered successfully from start to finish.


RPM is solely a project management business that sources subcontractors required for each project. This allows RPM’s rates to be competitive and ensures sub trades are also. Whether the project is big or small, RPM has a strong network of proven contacts to meet any work force requirement. RPM’s record of never having gone over budget or time, highlights it is a system that works. The structure of RPM allows for more personal customer service, the client can be as involved as they wish, and are kept fully aware of progress. Our mission statement is to exceed our clients’ expectations of service, quality of build and competitive pricing. RPM is based in Auckland, but has completed works throughout New Zealand and welcomes the opportunity to work with clients nationwide.
